Meet Ali

Hi, I’m Ali – a physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience, specialising exclusively in pelvic floor and pelvic health care. I’m a mum of two energetic children, so I understand both the clinical complexities and the everyday impact pelvic health issues can have.

I hold a BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of Brighton (2007), an MSc module in Advanced Clinical Practice in Pelvic Health from Brunel University (2025), and have completed numerous specialist postgraduate courses, keeping my practice fully up to date with the latest evidence. I regularly mentor other physiotherapists and deliver workshops and talks for companies, gyms, and community groups, sharing practical expertise in pelvic health.

I also bring extensive NHS experience, working closely with consultants, GPs and midwives to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

Based in Farnham, Surrey, I provide expert pelvic health care through two welcoming clinics, with a limited number of home visits available. I treat all pelvic health concerns from bladder and bowel leakage, urgency, frequency, prolapse, overactive bladder, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related concerns and postnatal pelvic floor and abdominal issues—including Mummy MOTs and safe return to activity.

What Our Clients Say

Highly recommend Ali. After having a second child, she completed a home visit with my baby present so was really convenient. She put me at ease straight away and talked through everything. She was incredible.
